Made uniquely from the red grape varieties of Champagne (Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir) and from a blend of wine from several years, no dosage of sugar is added to this cuvée after disgorging, so that the wine can express its true nature.

There is nothing harsh about this original champagne, despite the absence of sugar. It is direct and frank, good for aperitifs and for purists seeking a little authenticity.

Excellent for accompanying seafood platters.
