Made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from one sole harvest, we created this vintage wine as homage to our ancestor Pierre-Louis Fleury. After six months ageing in oak barrels (to round it out) it is put into special bottles, sober and elegant.

This delicate, light and refreshing champagne, whose Chardonnay aromas combine subtly with the flavour of the wood, has perfect harmony. The careful dosage (in sugar) allows the wine to express all its character and gives it a most agreeable final freshness. Perfect as an aperitif.

An excellent accompaniment to the following dishes :
Bass or turbot, grilled, mousse or pie, crab, lobster, lightly smoked salmon, goose foie gras…
